Postpartum Doula Investment

A daytime shift is 4hrs. An overnight shift is 8-10 hours.

Once a package has been purchased, additional shifts can be purchased a la carte for $37/hr(daytime) or $40/hr(overnight).

A la carte hours without purchase of a package are $40/hr for daytime and $45/hr for overnight support.

A 50% non-refundable retainer is due when you sign your contract.

The remaining balance is due before the final week of support.

Support should be flexible and tailored to meet your needs. Therefore, customizable care packages are available upon request.

Virtual Postpartum Support

Book our add on option to guarantee our seamless care as we help you successfully transition out of the fourth trimester to support you in your transition back to work, implementing sleep training, giving you opportunities for self care, more time with your partner, or older children, assisting with light housework and managing the demands of having a more active infant.

Sleep Consulting Investment

How Sleep Consulting Works:

Once you’ve hired Jenet, you’ll schedule an initial phone consultation to discuss your child’s schedule and sleep habits/struggles in detail, as well as your goals for your child’s sleep routine.

Jenet will create a tailored, comprehensive sleep plan for your child, which will give you step by step instructions to follow.

You will have the opportunity to be in regular contact with Jenet throughout your two week contracted package. Jenet will provide you with support, advice, encouragement and accountability as you work towards establishing healthy and independent sleep with your child.
